Murc is a son of the infamous “Red” of Southern Oaks Kennels, and he is proving to live up to his sire’s reputation. He is a high drive, biddable, bold, handler oriented dog. Who is quite, steady in the blind and hard charging on the retrieve no matter the cover, making him a pleasure to hunt with. He brings all the speed, drive, intelligence you could ever want, as well as the perfect size for any hunting situation be it in the boat, the field, or shoreline. Don’t let his small stature fool you he is happy to retrieve anything from puddle ducks, to eiders, to the biggest canada goose with style and speed (as well as save your back when lifting into the boat). He has an off switch in the home and is often found lounging with our young children. Murc went 6/6 in AKC senior, has 1 master pass and is currently 1 pass from his HR title in UKC
